Our mission at Epsilon Academics is to create a self-sustainable system of mentorship for students across FCPS.  We want older students to mentor younger students and younger students to replace the older students in the future.  We hope that you spread this message to as many students as possible to make sure this cycle of learning lasts.  So please encourage your friends to join as well!  Additionally, Epsilon Academics is a 501(c)(3) certified nonprofit organization.  Here is what we offer:

VOLUNTEERING

We tutor voluntarily at local public schools, public libraries, and other public areas.  Our group tutoring sessions at public schools occur on a regular basis.  Schools we volunteer at include Daniels Run Elementary, Providence Elementary, Fairfax High School, and Lanier Middle School.

WORKSHOPS

We occasionally host workshops open to all students who want to learn about a topic.  For example, last year we had a workshop about NASA's Journey to Mars and a workshop about Web Development, both at FHS.  We also occasionally host workshops at libraries that are open to the public.  As a member of this club you will have the opportunity help organize and manage these workshops.

Please let us know if any of you have any questions.  Thank you!
