Acknowledgment of Risks for participants in a University of Arizona sponsored or organized program.

While the University of Arizona (UArizona) is committed to the safety of everyone during in-person programming, it is impossible for UArizona to eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19 while engaging in activities sponsored or organized by the University. As such, there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 while engaging in group or congregate activities in connection with UA sponsored/ organized programs, just as there is whenever individuals engage in group or congregate activity. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death.

By participating in the Navajo Nation Jr. Livestock Show and Sale, I acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 while participating in Program activities.
