Simply put, basic members
- join the welcome meeting, Introduction to Beekeeping seminar & end of season honey tasting
- get access to the Learning Platform on Miro & the community group & newsletters
- participate in one honey harvest workshop
- participate in a wax rendering workshop
- collect their share of honey (ca 2.5 kg)
And hands-on members
- get all of the above
- and join Idil once a month for a real time hive inspection & reflection/discussion circle on Tuesday afternoons
🐝 You will see the changes inside the hive throughout the season, harvest honey and learn about pollinator communities!
🐝 You will enjoy locally produced honey! (Local Buzz honeydew honey won gold medal in 2022, and a silver medal in 2020 NM i Honning!)
🐝 You will render wax (great for making beeswax salves)!
1- After we receive your information, we will send you an invoice.
2- You will be added to the mailing group & Local Buzz calendar as well as the Learning Platform on Miro.
3- You will receive an onboarding email and invites to our first meeting and Introduction to Beekeeping webinar in March.
4- In April/May, hands-on members will start hive inspections!
