T&C's

1. Vendors must not exceed the dimensions laid out above in booth space. ( Each Booth is one table and allowed a maximum of two people working it, admission is included in price ).

2. Successful applications will be required to make FULL payment upon confirmation of their successful application.

3. Once you application has been approved we will supply you with a payment link, payment must be made within 3 business days of you receiving the link.

4. NO REFUNDS once applications have been successful and paid.

5. General admission begins from 12 noon on the 21st MAY 2023. Vendors access To Be Confirmed for setup. Please arrive in timely manner and find your location. Event ends at 5:00, Please exit the event in a timely and safe manner

6. Please remove any rubbish from your area and place in bins provided before your exit, Thank You.

7. Where available power access will be supplied. Power access is not part of your setup agreement but as mentioned will be supplied when possible. Should you require power for your setup you will need to bring your own extension leads and safety tape to fix loose cables to the floor. SOLD OUT will not supply these and DOES NOT GUARANTEE POWER ACCESS. Please let us know by MAY 1st 2023 if you need power access.
