Private parties can be scheduled Sundays through Saturdays with exceptions. They may not be scheduled on Friday evenings after 4pm, Saturdays after 2pm and Sundays after 3pm due to heavy pool usage or on Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend or 4th of July.

Payment
There is a $25 charge for a two-hour pavilion reservation.  Pavilion Reservations are available in 2 hour blocks; each block beyond the first 2 hours is an additional $25.00.  You can make a payment using either method below and just include your name and the date/time of the party in the notes.  

Payment can be made via:  
Paypal; There will be a 3% surcharge for any payments made via PayPal. Wynterhall's PayPal account is WynterhallSwimandTennis@gmail.com
