Stay At Home Artist Commission Info
Hello! I'm so excited you're interested in my work! Please keep in mind this form is not a done deal! This form is mainly for me to have all my commission requests in one place. I will contact you within 2 days after you fill out this form and let you know if I can take your request (:  

Here's some details about my process:

-I currently have only two commission spots open
-2-3 month process from start to finish (I will communicate every step of the way with my progress)
-Commission spots are for 6" embroidery hoops only
-My prices start at $300 and may go up depending on design and complexity
-DIY bouquet kits are $175 (may also increase depending on design and complexity)
-$100 deposit is due to secure your commission spot up front
-Your mock up will be sent within 1 week of deposit
-Once mock up is approved, the full commission amount (minus your deposit) must be paid within 2 days
