StEER members should complete this form if they wish to participate in the StEER VAST for Hurricane Dorian. This VAST will initiate PVRR immediately with a focus on impacts to US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico; expanding the report to document impacts to mainland US as necessary. If a FAST is deployed, this VAST will continue to lead the authorship of the EARR as well as the DE/QC process on the collected data.
