What's this all about?
The side conversations rich text editor has had issues with the entry of some languages' characters (particularly double byte) that has made it difficult to quickly enter text. This new version brings the underlying rich text editor onto the same platform as the main ticket comment editor, and should alleviate the text entry issues. Please test this and report any text entry difficulties you may still encounter.
Is this available to everyone?
This EAP is available to side conversations customers who would like to test the new rich text editor, particularly if you've experienced text entry issues in the past.
This being an Early Access Program, are there limitations with the product?
There should be no significant limitations, however, some behaviors may slightly differ from the previous side conversations editor and the main ticket editor. We'd appreciate reports of any show stopping issues.
What is expected of me?
There are a few things we ask:

1. Provide feedback on text entry, particularly double byte character entry
2. Provide feedback on show stopping behavioral differences between this editor and the main ticket comment editor
2. Report any show stopping bugs
3. Be open to working very closely with us, initially and ongoing through this stage
4. Willingness to get it wrong, in order to make it better
