The purpose of this form is to collect applications from individuals, companies or organisations wishing to contribute content for Pink Fest’s virtual recruitment and career initiative.
The initiative is intended to open career opportunities for LGBTQ and individuals from other underrepresented groups whose livelihoods have been negatively impacted by the Covid 19 pandemic.
Pink Fest organisers are inviting ideas for the following:
a) Panel discussions (e.g. career outlook, new trends in recruitment/advancement due to Covid 19);
b) Skills workshops (e.g. resume clinics, interview skills, self-promotion); or,
c) Individual advisory sessions with qualified recruiters.
d) Any other innovative ideas
High-level concept ideas are sufficient for the application process. All content is expected to be deployed online only, between 13 to 24 June. Pink Fest offers marketing support to help contributors reach over 300,000 people in Singapore and across Asia.
Important to note:
*An Inclusive Careers Lab session is priced at S$500 for participating companies. This includes a Premium Inclusive Business Pledge 2022 Badge.
**Once you fill out the form, we will follow-up with details in a due diligence process. If your organisation has job openings you’d like to share on the Pink Fest website, you can us send links to the job openings closer to June.
***Companies seeking to host a non-career related event can fill out the Festival Partner Call for Proposal form:
