Please fill out this application to apply to the SMS PTA for a Teacher Grant. All Grants must be approved prior to purchase. ALL PTA PURCHASES BECOME THE PROPERTY OF Sutton Middle School.

GRANT APPLICATION PROCESS

• You will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your application has been received.
• Applications are reviewed on the first Friday of every month.
• You will be notified the following week of approval or declined applications via email.

        reimbursement from the PTA .

NOTE: Sutton PTA will review grants for teacher conference registration. If approved, conference registration fees will be paid. In addition, up to $300 will be considered toward airfare/transportation. PTA does not provide grant funds for meals or lodging.
