2024 WRC Open Qualifier tournament form
For the 2024 cycle, A.R.A. (former acronym as NARMA) is looking to create a two tier system for WRC qualifying.  This entails:

A: A number of qualifying tournaments, by which tournaments signed into this form may agree to.
B: Participating tournaments must use the WRC ruleset.  This may include the optional rules document.
C: An invitational WRC qualifier, where a number of USA WRC quota seats are offered.

Tournament Host
Your tournament must name a tournament host, who is in charge of your tournament's preparation and operation.  The host may not participate in the tournament and is responsible with the tournament's integrity and its results.

Referee
The tournament rules and enforcement must be managed by a head referee and at least one assistant referee, depending on tournament size.  It is recommended to have one referee per eight tables.

Your tournament may either be your club's first edition, or it may be another edition of your previous tournament.

Regarding prospective dates, the tournament must be within the 2024 calendar year.  The final date of your tournament should be included in your tournament announcement.
