Welcome to Hotshots and Junior Tennis at SUSF! Our program caters for all ages, offering tailored stages to nurture tennis skills. Choose your age category below and embark or continue a tennis journey designed for fun and skill development with SUSF.

  1. Blue Stage:

    • Ages: 3-5
    • Basics, motor skills, and a fun introduction to tennis.

  2. Red Stage:

    • Ages: 5-8
    • Fundamental skills, basic strokes, and an introduction to game strategies.

  3. Orange Stage:

    • Ages: 8-10
    • More advanced techniques, refined skills, and friendly competition.

  4. Green Stage:

    • Ages: 9+
    • Full swing, strategic play, and preparation for future challenges.

  5. Yellow Stage:

    • Ages: 12+
    • Tailored for players aged 12 and above, focusing on becoming comfortable rallying and competitive play.

We also offer Invitation-only Orange and Green Development programs, perfect for exceptional talents. For those aiming at higher levels and tournament play, our Performance Squads offer specialised training. Elevate your game at SUSF. Children excelling in their tennis abilities may be recommended to move up a stage for an optimal balance of challenge and skill development.

Don't miss our Hotshots Challenge, an exciting opportunity for Orange, Green and Yellow players! This event is held the 6th week of every term and is designed to test and celebrate the skills they've acquired. Join us for a fun and competitive experience at SUSF.
