Since 1988, Bowie students, parents, faculty and staff have launched the school year with Bulldogs & Hotdogs!

This annual volunteer-run event is produced by Bowie PTSA. Booth fees support year-long Teacher Appreciation activities, Faculty Enrichment and Professional Development, Bowie Cares! student support program with counseling, Guest Speakers for students, Senior Scholarships and more.
 
COMPLETING THIS FORM IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN BULLDOGS & HOTDOGS!  
Information meeting is TUE., MAY 17 AT 6:30 PM in Bowie Cafeteria.
Save the date for a pre-event meeting on WED. AUG 24 AT 6:30 PM in Bowie Cafeteria.

FOOD GUIDELINES

No microwaves.
Try to avoid using electricity. If you need extra lighting, battery-operated lights are a good alternative.
Grills must be outside of courtyard area.
Try to use coolers rather than crock pots to keep food warm.
You may not bring in outside vendors (e.g., a food truck or sno cone vendor).
Only the PTSA is allowed to sell or bring drinks.


OTHER EVENT GUIDELINES
 
NO RAFFLES - they will be shut down
NO TAPE of any kind in the cafeteria or on any interior or exterior walls.
All organizations (booster clubs, sports, activities, student clubs) must have an approved teacher sponsor.
Electrical cords, tape, extra tables, pens, etc. must be provided by the individual booster club.
Use surge protectors if you must have electricity.
Bring your own cash box and change. PTSA will not be able to provide change.
