The goal of this survey is to help improve the process of connecting pets and people, so your input is greatly appreciated.

Even if you have comments or answers that do not seem favorable to an organization or business, they are still useful, so please be honest.

The answers you provide will be used in aggregate in an effort to help organizations and businesses improve their strategy and service when it comes to acquiring pets.
