We know this survey and registration form is LONG, so in appreciation ... everyone who completes this form by Sunday, September 25th at 11am will be entered in our raffle to win your choice of several prizes including books and other U.U. themed gifts. Anyone who completes it by Sunday, September 18th will get two entries into the raffle. Anyone who completes it by Saturday, September 10th at 9am will get FOUR entries into the raffle with extra thanks for doing it quickly enough that the R.E.
