Parents/Guardians - PTA COVID Survey and 2020 Feedback
Please participate in this survey to help us decide our plans for the years ahead. Survey open until Monday, June 22, 2020.

In view of the COVID-19 situation, FUSD is trying to work on planning for fall. Please answer the related questions, so we can share the same with FUSD, to ensure good online learning, if COVID-related restrictions continue in the fall.
 
IMPORTANT: Planning ahead of time and working in tandem with the school will help channel our energy and donations towards focused student development and a happy school environment. To find something that is mutually agreeable to parents and teachers, it is important for PTA to receive parental input and feedback, so we may communicate these points to the school and FUSD. Share with us your ideas and best practices that you have seen elsewhere!

4. In July 2019, several of our parents participated in a district-led meeting for hiring a new Principal. PTA was asked to facilitate the new-hire process by gathering candidate profile requirements and participating on the interview panel. PTA would like to complete this process as we were initially informed that the district would seek our feedback/review later in the year. If you were part of this meeting, or had given requirements to the district earlier, please answer the following questions, so we can complete this process. *
