We like to have a "Quick Fix" sewist, someone who can take the straight stitching tasks, a simple fallen hem, an open seam that sort of thing. Would you like to be the Quick Fixer for all or part of the Cafe?

The Mend-It Cafe is primarily a volunteer event. Spokane Zero Waste is continually pursuing funding to keep the event happening and sometimes we are able to provide menders with a stipend of $25.00/hour. Please let us know how you would like to participate.
