Bronze Medallion and Bronze Cross Lifesaving Courses

Course dates and times: 5pm-7:30pm, Tuesdays, June 29 to August 24
Must be 13yrs.old or hold Bronze Star certification. See Bronze registration form for all prerequisites.

Activities and lessons

In addition to swimming lessons, the following lessons and programs are available, and NO PREREGISTRATION IS REQUIRED:

*Mom’s and tots, Water polo, Synchro and Diving lessons, and Waterpolo, Synchro, Diving and Swim team.
All lessons are held during morning lessons for 2 week sessions, space permitting. They are open to anyone who wants to attend and who is able to swim in the deep end by themselves. Please see lifeguards a few days prior to the beginning of the lesson session for availability.

* ADULTS can attend aqua-fit held Monday and Fridays 5-6pm. Space permitting we may also offer it during morning lessons (check the lesson board for time). Stroke improvement/master conditioning workouts (Tuesday /Thursday 5-6pm) is also available.
