h(ear) is a free and non-judgemental listening service in Qatar, run by students for students. Our vision is to provide every student (aged 18 or over) access to a welcoming, caring, respectful and safe environment where:
• Every student expresses the emotions they are feeling
• Encourage students to speak up and seek professional help for mental health issues

To accomplish our mission and vision statements, we primarily aim to run monthly peer support groups.
