Concealed Firearm Review Board Position
The Bureau of Criminal Identification (BCI) is accepting applications to serve on the Concealed Firearm Review Board for a term of four years. The duties and description of the board are found in UCA § 53-5-703. The position on the board is for a member representing law enforcement and will be appointed by the Commissioner of the Department of Public Safety. Applicants should be employed as peace officer.

The board meets every three months. The duty of the board is to review within a reasonable time the denial, suspension, or revocation of a permit or a temporary permit to carry a concealed firearm.
