Rules for Town Common Advertising:
-Event must be for a Town of West Springfield Department or an established non-profit
-Organization must submit proof of non-profit status to ccamossi@tows.org and receive approval before advertising requests are displayed
-Request should be submitted the week prior to display.
-All signs will be displayed for a maximum of two weeks unless otherwise directed by the Mayor.
