Please record your reading activity for the Summer Reading Program using the form below. The program runs June 20 – Aug 13.

You should submit a form for every book you read. Audiobooks and Overdrive eBooks count, too! After your first FIVE books, you will be able to choose a free book from the selection at the library.

The top three readers who read the most books over the summer will win the grand prizes! (In the event of a tie, a winner will be randomly selected.)

NOTE: All prizes MUST be picked up in person at the Berrien Springs Community Library. No exceptions.
