We are excited to announce we are now accepting registration forms for our 2023 Female U18 Spring Football Program! Our Spring Program is for U18 (Grades 7-12). For all players that register by midnight April 23, 2023, please take $25 off registration fees.
*All early bird registrations will have their names put into a draw and one lucky winner will receive their 2023 Spring Football fees back*

Equipment Deposit $100
Deposit cheques will be cashed if equipment is missing, damaged, or returned late.

By registering in the program consent is given to use images/videos of players on social media and/or MMF website. Consent can be revoked at anytime in writing to MMF.
PLAYERS ARE NOT TO HAND IN ANYTHING TO COACHES. THERE WILL BE A CONTAINER PROVIDED AT EVERY PRACTICE FOR ANY FORMS/PAYMENTS, PLEASE PUT IN AN ENVELOPE OR ZIPLOC BAG LABELLED WITH PLAYERS NAME.
