- Please also fill in & print the form on the on the final page of the guide to attach to your submission.

FOR ARTWORKS: Submit your artwork(s) along with your entry form(s) to Shin Tokyo, Rundle Mall BY 6pm Monday, the 1st of July 2019.
FOR PROP CONSTRUCTION: Deliver your prop in person to the Adelaide Convention Centre by 4pm ON Friday the 5th of July.

Please submit the form along with your entry. Artwork submitted without a form will not be eligible for judging.
