In an effort to deliver utility bills faster and directly in a more cost efficient manner, the City of Germantown is encouraging residents and businesses to sign up for electronic notification water billing. By checking this box, the customer understands that all amounts billed in regards to the service agreement are due and payable upon receipt of bill. Failure to receive a bill does not release a customer from payment obligations. Customer will notify the City in writing of any changes to their email address. The customer shall pay all collection expenses or attorney fees due to default or failure to perform obligations incurred as set forth in this agreement. It is agreed to by the customer and the City that this contract shall apply to the original service address of the customer and to all future service addresses of the customer. Information submitted to the City in this service agreement is correct and true to the best of their knowledge and belief. *
