Your son/daughter has completed the Technology Center of DuPage (TCD) online student registration. The purpose of this form is to inform you of the enrollment process and commitment to TCD.

Your verification of the below information is critical because enrollment at TCD is limited and incurs additional non-refundable costs.

District 200 Technology Center of DuPage Enrollment Policies:
1. TCD enrollment is only available to juniors and seniors in good credit standing, and the student must have his/her
        counselor’s recommendation.
2. Because of limited spaces allowed at TCD for our district students, a schedule change that involves withdrawing from
        TCD must be done through a parent conference with the counselor and must be for a detailed compelling reason.
3. The student must use the District bus transportation to and from TCD.
4.     Enrollment must be completed by July 25 of the preceding school year and is handled through the student's
         counseling department/high school counselor.  Students enrolling after March 1 are based on program availability,
         which varies.

Financial Commitment to TCD
Community Unit School District 200 is committed to the Technology Center of Dupage’s career program with an investment of over $4500 in tuition per student.  The district assumes all responsibility for payment of these costs but we require that the student maintain a full year commitment.  Unless other arrangements are made beforehand, you will be required to reimburse the district based on the following schedule should your student fail to complete the full year commitment at TCD:

1. If you call WNHS prior to July 15th to drop out of TCD, there is no charge to you.

2. If the student drops after July 15th but before October 15th, you will be required to pay the district the full tuition
        reimbursement of $4500.00.

3. If your student drops after October 15th, you will be required to pay the district ½ of the full tuition reimbursement
        which is $2250.00.
