Make the Most of Five Minutes by submitting an application for a Lightning Talk!

Please use this form to submit your abstract for a Lightning Talk at the 2021 Practitioner Workshop. Submissions will be accepted until November 19th. If you'd like to submit a recorded talk that will be available after the Workshop on the SOPHIA website (and not make a live presentation during the Workshop), those applications are due on November 26th.

Lightning Talk Abstract
Get creative about sharing how you have made the most of your practice! Maybe you want to talk about how you have leveraged resources or relationships in a unique way, or perhaps you have a story to share about utilizing outcomes from an HIA to create more lasting policy change. You may even have a story about an assessment that didn't go according to plan but had an unexpected positive outcome.
