I agree that none of the barcode labels will be placed directly onto any item or bag. All will be on a string tag, then taped to the item.

Clothing Requirements for Drop and Go 

I agree that all clothing will be separated and bundled by gender, size and category (Tops, Bottoms, Dresses, Outfits, Pajamas, Swim)

I agree that the following holidays are NOT in my items. Valentines, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's

I agree that my items do not have holes, stains, or odors (pet, mildew, smoke, etc), and are of high quality.

I agree that by using Drop & Go my items are not guaranteed and I am donating all my unsold items.

Shoe Requirements for Drop & Go

I agree that all shoes will be bundled by gender and size (can be brought bundled in grocery bags).

I agree that all shoes will have masking tape with consignor number and price.

I agree that all bundled toys or small baby items placed in Ziploc bags will have my consignor code and price written on the bag.

I agree that the barcode label string tag must be attached to the item INSIDE the bag.

I agree that all large toys and baby gear will be labeled with masking tape with my consignor code and the price of the item.

I agree to the potential sort fees for items not sorted as agreed to above, battery fees for items with no or dead batteries and excessive sort fee which would apply if your batch(es) have an abundance of stained items or broken items.

Settlement of Account
As a Consignor I agree to offer quality items priced at approximately 25%-30% of retail price. I will decide which, if any, items will be included in the half-price sale. I understand that I will receive 65% of my total actual sales. I understand that I will pay a participation fee of $12.00 which will be deducted from my settlement check.

Terms of Guarantee
Rhea Lana's of Midland-Odessa will guarantee items actually received (versus items entered into the
consignment database but not checked into the store). Rhea Lana's of Midland-Odessa will guarantee either 
1) the return of each unsold item which has not been earmarked for donation; or 2) payment for each unsold item which has not been returned and has not been earmarked for donation. This guarantee does not apply to items which have been marked for donation by the consignor. This guarantee does not apply to any items for which bar codes were printed or applied outside of the Rhea Lana's of Midland-Odessa store. This guarantee shall not apply to any loss resulting from a natural disaster, fire, flood, tornado, storm hurricane, or other Acts of God. Payments made under this guarantee shall be made at 65% of the price the item was offered for sale. Payments made under this guarantee shall be made only after a thorough search for the item has been made. If items not belonging to Consignor are accidentally provided to Consignor with Consignor's returned items, Consignor agrees to return these items to Rhea Lana's of Midland-Odessa immediately.

Liability for Recalled Items 
Rhea Lana's of Midland-Odessa is aware and supportive of the efforts of the Consumer Protection Safety Commission to remove recalled items from the resale industry. Rhea Lana's of Midland-Odessa has binders containing information on recalled products available in the store. These binders are available for Consignor review. Consignor agrees not to consign any unsafe or recalled items. Rhea Lana's of Midland-Odessa shall not be liable for the sale of unsafe or recalled items which are offered for sale by Consignor. Consignor shall defend and indemnify Rhea Lana's of Midland-Odessa in the event of any claim or liability arising from Consignor's sale of an unsafe or recalled item at a Rhea Lana's of Midland-Odessa event.

Donated Items
Rhea Lana's of Midland-Odessa is not a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Consignor shall not receive a donation receipt. Consignor has the choice of picking up their unsold items during the designated pick-up hours or leaving their items behind. If you wish to make a tax deductible donation of your items, DO NOT select the option to donate your unsold items on this Rhea Lana's of Midland-Odessa website.
Items left behind after the event has concluded must be removed from the event location immediately and shall be the property of the individual owner of Rhea Lana's of Midland-Odessa and shall be handled at the sole discretion of the owner of Rhea Lana's of Midland Odessa. By selecting “Donate” for any item in my online Rhea Lana's of Midland-Odessa account, I acknowledge that this items will not be made available to me during the designated pick up hours, will not be subject to the Guarantee (described above), and such items will be under the sole control and possession of the owner of Rhea Lana's of Midland-Odessa.

Pick Up Day – Thursday February 22nd from 11am-1pm
Items which are unsold and not marked for donation will be available for return to Consignor on the designated pick-up day during designated hours. Consignment items not picked up by Consignor on the pick up day during the designated hours shall be  automatically earmarked for donation and shall become the property of the owner of Rhea Lana's of Midland-Odessa and are immediately donated. 
Settlement checks will be emailed to every consignor, you may directly deposit if your bank allows, or you may print and deposit at your bank. All checks are cashable at Community National Bank of Midland.
