Trivia Night Registration
Come out for a night of St. Louis Tacos 'n' Trivia (TNT!) and put your knowledge to the test with Fr. Witold and friends on Friday, May 10, 6–9 PM, in the St. Louis school cafeteria (Cline Hall)! Please fill out as much of the form below as you can.
Here's what we need:
  • Your Name
  • Your team name (It's OK if you're still looking for a team—we just need a general idea of whom to expect!)
  • The number of people you expect to join your team (6 max)
  • Your registration fee, made out to St. Louis Catholic Parish (Not Lourdes). Cost is $30 per person to help defray any expenses for food. Drinks are free, and donations are encouraged. Payment is preferred ahead of time. Thank you!

All the rest is general information to help us better understand our parish demographic. We're SO excited for the second go 'round! Space is limited, so dust off your brains, and sign up, today! Theme will be "Diez de Mayo" (since we couldn't make Cinco work with scheduling, this time!). We can't wait to see you!
