For almost two decades our Program has been providing enriched, quality childcare to Cochrane families and their children. We are dedicated to providing children with exceptional care, in a beautiful, natural environment that is wholesome, fun, interesting and educational. We believe that children learn best through imaginative play, in natural environments both indoors and out, which encourages discovery, independence, imagination and social interaction. Our Program offers children the opportunity to socialize and explore, in a caring environment that considers their individual needs, interests and developmental levels.Our Waldorf/Reggio & Nature Inspired Program offers a variety of activities including wet-on-painting, bees wax modelling, cooking/baking, handwork crafts, free-art exploration, traditional crafts, games and plenty of outdoor fun for children kindergarten and up!

• Open 6:30am–6:00pm Monday to Friday
• Whole, organic foods are offered for breakfast, lunch and snacks
• Parent portal with online daily communication
• Transportation to and from all Cochrane schools
• Lower ratios implemented for all children, than required by Alberta Licensing
• Subsidy & affordability grant available for those families that qualify
• Full day childcare is also available on non-school days and school breaks, which incorporate field trips, outings, crafts, nature play & more!
• We are located on the 2nd floor of the Cochrane Arena at 609 4th avenue, North (beside the Elizabeth Barrett Elementary School)

Admission and Registration Requirements:
• Registration is open for children kindergarten to grade 6 for the 2022-2023 school year.
• Children MUST BE Registered in a Kindergarten program to participate.
• All required documents must be given, before a child can be left in our care (Due August 15th).
• A copy of the Program’s Parent Handbook must be read, and all parent agreements and waivers must be signed by the parent/guardian prior to the chld's start date.
• Registrations are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis, and are processed on the ProCare App (current clients) or via email for new families, within 24 hours of receiving. Your spot IS HELD, unless you receive a phone call stating otherwise. A deposit and Fee Agreement Form is then required, within 24 hours, to secure your spot. Welcome emails will be sent out in mid august with additional Program information on menus, bussing schedules, daily rhythms, etc.
