Creating in Place Project 2023: Artist Participation Waiver & Book Information 
Children’s Museum of Napa Valley has designed a community-wide art project titled:
Creating in Place
Second Edition: Phoenix Rising 
A Napa Valley Youth Art Collective 2023

This community-wide art project began during the 2020 Covid shut down. The mission is to offer every Napa Valley artist/child (TK-12th grade) the opportunity to express their own story through art and become a published artist.

Parents/guardians who complete this waiver allow their child to submit art to be published in a beautiful, hardcover book. The artist/child must also follow project guidelines to be published.

  1. Please complete this form for your child to participate in the Creating in Place project.
  2. All waivers are due by Wed. June 14, 2023.
  3. Every published artist can receive a book either through purchase or scholarship.
