What aspects of nature connection are you most interested in learning and experiencing more? *

For new applicants only (you haven't been a CIT before): A Counselor in Training spends most of their time "being of service." CIT's are there to learn, but also to help instructors with a small group of campers. This could include helping supervise children during  free-time, helping setup(or even lead) group games, and any other simple tasks the instructors might ask of you.  What qualities do you think you'll need for these responsibilities?
For returning CIT applicants (you have been a CIT before): What do you feel you can improve on from being a CIT in past years? What are some of your areas for growth?
Why would the camp community benefit from your presence as a CIT? What strengths and gifts do you have to offer? *
What leadership skills and qualities do you hope to learn while being a CIT? *
