Knaresborough Connectors are a community connector scheme that is providing the authorised community response to Covid-19.

We need people to help out with supporting the Vaccination Programme.
We need people to pick up shopping, handle urgent supplies, make friendly phone calls, help with pets, post mail, sort out stuff for hobbies – all for people in isolation.

The response from folk in Knaresborough to support others in their community has been outstanding so far, but a coordinated effort is important to ensure the most vulnerable people get help. Remember, many people don’t have internet, struggle with bills, have no family, live on their own, are frail and don’t know where to ask for help.

The purpose of this form is to collect your contact details so we can match volunteers with people in need and engage your support as a volunteer. We ask for your email address, phone number, name and postcode, along with some details about the support you would like to offer. We will store this information for the volunteer response for COVID-19 and the work of Knaresborough Connectors to keep people safe and well, in line with GDPR policy.
