CSE/ISE Minor Course Request
Use this form only if you are a DECLARED CSE or ISE minor and want to request enrollment in a CSE/ISE course for Fall 2024 that has "CSE/ISE Major" as a prerequisite. Choose only courses for which you have satisfied all other prerequisites.

Submit this form once for each course you would like to take. Do not attempt to submit multiple course requests with this form. If you make multiple submissions of this form, rank your preferences in the Comments section (e.g., "I would prefer CSE 323 over CSE 334"). At most two requests will be approved per student per semester.

**These requests are reviewed after all students in the major have been accommodated, therefore notification of the status may be delayed**
