By submitting or signing this enrolment form, you (the student) agree to and understand the following:
Agreement by Dog Collective Co. Grooming Academy -
Dog Collective Co. Grooming Academy Agrees to offer Professional Dog Groomer Training to the enrolled student for the number of hours and days as agreed within this enrolment form unless alternative arrangements are made.
Dog Collective Co. Grooming Academy reserves the right to postpone or reschedule the commencement of a new course. A full refund or option to commence course at a later date will be offered.
If a student enrolled in group training is unable to attend class/es for any reason whatsoever, makeup classes may be offered at a future date but not guaranteed. A refund for missed classes is not available.
A minimum of 2 students is required to run a Small Group Training course. If this number is not reached, Dog Collective Co. Grooming Academy will give the student the option to either postpone, cancel or enrol in the One on One course instead.
No makeup classes/hours will be offered for late arrivals or early departures.
If an enrolled student is also completing the Heiniger Academy Certification, Dog Collective Co. Grooming Academy agrees to work together with Heiniger Academy in assisting the enrolled student in achieving the desired qualification.
Dog Collective Co. Grooming Academy agrees to hold any necessary insurances for the enrolled student/s, the Grooming Academy, the clients, dog’s and groomer trainer/s.
Student Agreement -
I (the student) agree that all the information supplied within this form is true and correct.
I (the student) agree to turn up on days and times as agreed with Dog Collective Co. Grooming Academy unless alternative arrangements have been made.
I (the student) understand that after completing this course I will receive a’ Certificate of Completion’ from Dog Collective Co. Grooming Academy.
I (the student) understand that a minimum of 2 students is required to run a Small Group Training course. If this number is not reached, Dog Collective Co. Grooming Academy will offer me the option to either postpone, cancel or enrol in the One on One course instead.
I (the student) understand that enrolment with Heiniger Academy is also required if I wish to receive a nationally recognised qualification.
Refund Policy -
Due to the amount of organisation required prior to the commencement of each course, Dog Collective Co. Grooming Academy reserves the right to retain any deposit paid if cancellation is made within 28 days of the course commencement date (unless due to small group training being cancelled). If full fees have been paid and cancellation has been made within 28 days of course commencement, Dog Collective Co. Grooming Academy reserves the right to retain the deposit amount as stipulated within this document. The student can however choose to use their deposit/payment towards a future course.
