This form should be used to register for participation in the 2024 Family Reunion. After form is received, we will email you an Invoice with your total amount due and payment instructions.

ALL Access - Includes 4th of July activity, Family Picnic, Family Fun Day, Banquet, T-shirt, Souvenir Booklet
Adult - $125.00
Children (12 and under) - $60.00 * Children registrants will receive children food options. If you would like for your child to receive adult plate options, please register your child as an adult.

Sat. Only Access - Includes Family Fun Day, Banquet, T-Shirt, Souvenir Booklet
Adult - $100
Child - $60 (12 and under)  * Children registrants will receive children food options. If you would like for your child to receive adult plate options, please register your child as an adult.

 T-shirt (Available in Youth XS to Adult XL) ($5 additional fee for sizes XXL and 3XL)

Upon completion of the Registration Form, you will receive an email with an invoice and instructions for making payments.
