St. Mark Confirmation Registration
We are so excited for another amazing, though different, year of Confirmation at St. Mark! Please complete this form to register for the 2020-2021 school year. Confirmation at St. Mark is a two-year program for seventh and eighth grade students. This fall, we will meet every Wednesday evening from 7:00pm to 8:00pm. As the year unfolds and circumstances change our schedule may change. We hope to have other opportunities for special events and service projects.

In addition to this digital form, a medical release form on paper is required to register. After you submit this form, we will send one in the mail. When you receive it, please fill it out and submit it on or before our first Wednesday gathering on September 16th.  Everyone participating in small groups at St. Mark is also required to sign a Pandemic Waiver. Those will be available on the 16th.
