Carl Keen Career and Technical Education Center's Course Selection Form will help us develop a new roster for our programs for the 2018-2019 school year.  Please type/print your name and the important information below, so that we may be able to search and see if you fit the proper criteria to be apart of our programs.

Criteria for all programs (9th-12th grade):
-Must be a high school student (9th-12th grade)
-Must have good attendance
-Must be in good academic standing (Passed all academic courses/state tests for current year)
-Must have good discipline record (record will be reviewed/ no major disciplinary infractions)
-Must have passed current CTE class (Returning students only)
-Must receive recommendation by instructor (Returning students only)
-Score of TABE Test or WorkKeys Curriculum Test is prior to acceptance in program.
