USA Badminton encourages you to file a report directly with the US Center for SafeSport (https://uscenterforsafesport.org/report-a-concern/), as most of the information will be relayed to the Center.
Should you choose to still make a report with USA Badminton, we encourage you to provide as much information as possible. All information you are able to provide assists the Center in promptly and effectively responding to reported allegations. Under the SafeSport Code, third-party reporters' names and contact information are kept confidential.
Allegations of physical misconduct, emotional
misconduct, sexual misconduct, violations of the MAAPP and any other prohibited
misconduct, as defined in the USAB SafeSport Policy, can be reported.
You may report anonymously by omitting your identifying information. However, remaining anonymous may limit the Center's ability to investigate and/or respond to the information you provide.
