Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. In this form, we are asking for some personal details including your email address, ITF Plaque number, geographic region, and gender.

Your email address and Plaque number will be used to ensure that each submission is unique to a registered ITF Instructor. Once this has been verified, all personal identifiers will be removed from the data and deleted. Your responses will be anonymous in the final report.

Your region, gender and experience at major championships are being requested to allow us to use the data in multiple ways. We may be more interested in seeing how female coaches would react to a change in the number of techniques for special technique for example. Or we might want to see how regions differ on the frequency of championships or the number of competitors allowed.
