Please fill out the following form as completely as possible. This round of testing is exclusively for students who are new to RISD or who were not able to test during Spring 2019. This is not a retake opportunity; if a student tested in the Spring of 2019, they MAY NOT sign up for this round of testing. The only exception is if your child last tested for GT eligibility in the summer of 2018. Dates, times and locations of testing will be communicated to you at later date, at which time you will be asked to RSVP for a testing opportunity that works best for you and your family. Please note that this round of testing is available ONLY to students who will be enrolled in junior high or high school for the 2019/20 school year.
