- Maximum of $25 in gift cards allowed for cash out per quarter, the rest can be Cortese swag or tools, or in payroll
- Points are not valid for any employees who terminate their employment, and are completely discretionary by ownership to revoke at any time.
- Order dates are 2/15, 5/15, 8/15, 11/15
