RRISD Council of PTAs 'FLOWERS IN OUR GARDEN' Award Nomination Form
The purpose of this award is to honor PTA leaders at the local or council level who have demonstrated a
willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty in their dedication to fulfilling their position and have had
a positive impact on PTA.

This award will be presented during the RRISD Council of PTAs April Delegate Luncheon Meeting (subject to change depending on the health and safety concerns.)

Deadline for submission is April 15, 2020.
