Application for vendors interested in joining us for the 2023 Rock Island County Fair July 18-22, 2023.

This is NOT a contract. All vendor spaces are given pending board approval. Exclusivity of certain products or food is NOT guaranteed. If you would like to be the exclusive concessionaire of a product or food item, it must be approved by the board.

Once an application is approved, there is a deposit of 50% of the cost due to hold your spot. Balance is due by July 1, 2023 - no exceptions.
