- The school does not have any responsibility for lost personal belongings. 各自の持ち物の紛失、損害に対して、責任を負わないものとします。

- Students are not allowed to join the class if they have any of the following symptoms. 下記に列記された症状に当てはまる場合は、登校を控え自宅静養するようお願いします。
A) Temperature of over 37.5C (100F) 37.５度以上の熱がある場合
B) Vomiting 嘔吐の症状がみられた場合
C) Diarrhea 下痢の症状がみられた場合
D) Severe cough 咳が出る場合

- In case your child gets injured within the school premises, we will take all the necessary measures that the injury calls for. Should the child require further medical attention, we will seek professional help immediately. The insurance policy covers only activities that are connected with this program within the school premises. 怪我等があった場合は、応急処置をおこない、必要に応じて、保護者への連絡、病院への搬送をおこないます。本プログラム中の怪我は保険対象となります。

- In case of allergy, please inform the administration. School shall not be responsible for incidents in case parents have not carefully reported about the child’s allergies. アレルギー報告を事前申告せず、アレルギー症状が起こった場合、学校側は一切責任を負いかねますので予めご了承ください。

- In an emergency situation the school may be unable to operate due to extreme weather conditions (typhoons, heavy snowing) , or any other unforeseen circumstances (such as earthquakes). お子様の安全を守るため、自然災害などが原因で休講となる場合がありますことをご了承ください。
