UNDO Removal Process & Pricing

UNDO® Removal is a process in removing or lightening permanent makeup, scalp micropigmentation, and small-medium sized body tattoos. We are passionate about the removal of your tattoo and we want to help protect your skin. UNDO® products contain safe and natural ingredients that are free from saline and harsh acids and are therefore gentle on your skin. 

Sterile, single use, disposable needles are used and each service is done following safety Body Art protocols regulated by the County's department of Health. 

Tattoo lightening and removal procedures may need multiple sessions to achieve lightening or complete removal. Some clients may not acheive desired removal based on the individual's skin/tattoo and the artist has no control over this situation.

1st Session: $275 + HI GET tax

2nd + Session: $200 + HI GET tax

I acknowledge that complications including infection are always possible as a result of a tattoo lightening and removal procedure(s), particularly in the event my post-procedural instructions are not followed.

 I acknowledge that it is not reasonably possible to determine whether I might have an allergic reaction to any of the topical preparations, or processes used in the procedure; and I agree to accept the risks that such a reaction although rare, is possible. I have informed Aimee French Beauty of any existing problems
 *
The nature, method, and all risks of the proposed tattoo ink lightening or removal procedure has been explained to me. I was given full opportunity to ask any questions.

 I understand that there may be a certain amount of discomfort or pain associated with the procedure. Additional, rarely occurring, adverse side-effects may include, but are not limited to lightening or darkening, scarring, and/or infection of the skin
 *
 I acknowledge that hyper-pigmentation (darkening of the skin) or hypo - pigmentation (absence of color in the skin), or scarring is a possibility as a result of my body’s reaction to the skin being broken during the procedure. I realize that my body is unique and that Aimee French Beauty cannot predict how my body will react as a result of this procedure

I clearly understand ALL THE RISKS involved and the likelihood of any adverse reactions to the procedure. My technicians will work with me to help achieve the best results possible

I understand there are other options, including LASER, available for removal of ink or pigment. I have decided to decline those methods.

I understand that several treatments may be needed to achieve my desired result. However, I understand there is no guarantee or assurance as to the ultimate outcome or result of this procedure. I understand that Aimee French Beauty has a NO REFUND POLICY

 I authorize Aimee French, Aimee French Beauty  to obtain pre-procedural and post-procedural pictures, and give her permission to use such pictures for publication and/or teaching purposes, as she chooses.
 *
 I acknowledge the receipt of written instructions advising me of the proper care of my procedure(s), and after care cream by Aimee French Beauty. I understand the absolute necessity for following these instructions.

I understand that the complete removal of tattoos are difficult. As a result, I will not hold Aimee French Beauty, Aimee French or any associates responsible for any resultant failure to lighten or remove completely the unwanted ink

The fee for the tattoo lightening and removal procedure(s) have been explained to me. These fees are understood and agreed upon. I understand the total fee for services rendered is due upon completion of the initial procedure and that there WILL BE separate fees for any additional sessions/follow-up work.

I understand that Aimee French Beauty DOES NOT include a free touch-up appointment(s) in the initial procedure price. All touch-up/follow-up appointments ARE a separate fee. Pricing is based on per session/size of the removal desired

AIMEE FRENCH BEAUTY has the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason
 *
This contract is to remain in effect for as long as I remain a client of AIMEE FRENCH BEAUTY and all its contents apply whenever work is being performed on myself by AIMEE FRENCH BEAUTY. It is my responsibility to inform AIMEE FRENCH BEAUTY if any changes have occurred in my medical history

I have read and understand the contents of each paragraph above. I have received no unrealistic warranties or guarantees with respect to the benefits to be realized from, or consequences of the aforementioned procedure(s)

I acknowledge by signing this consent form, have been given the full opportunity to ask any and all questions about the tattoo lightening and removal procedure(s), it’s process, and the risks involved from AIMEE FRENCH BEAUTY. The decision to have the tattoo removal procedure(s) performed is my own and I understand and accept all risks involved, therefore releasing AIMEE FRENCH (AIMEE FRENCH BEAUTY) of any and all legal liability. NO REFUNDS....NO EXCEPTIONS.
