Thank you for choosing to participate in the 2022 Post-Convention NSCL Climate Survey! All data will be collected anonymously and will be used to identify the current climate of NSCL and areas where improvement may be necessary.

Individual responses and bulk data collected from this survey may be analyzed, compiled, and shared within NSCL/NJCL/ACL. While this survey aims to provide total anonymity, please be aware that any identifying statements volunteered in the optional "write-in" sections may make it difficult or impossible to ensure that your response is completely anonymous.
