Eligibility　申請資格

Applicants must be Hong Kong permanent residents aged 21 or above, and meet the requirements of professional qualification as set by the Association. Please refer to Part II of this online form。　

申請人必須為年滿二十一歲的香港永久居民，並在音樂範疇符合本會之要求，詳情請參閱本表格「第二部份」。

Application Procedure　申請方法

(1) Please fill in and submit this online form. If your submission is successful, an acknowledging email, which is a copy of your submitted form, will be sent to the email address provided at the beginning of the form.  Then
(2) Please print the acknowledging email, sign and submit together the following documents to 2nd Floor, 7 Carmel Village Street, Homantin, Kowloon in person or by post no later than 31 August 2022. Please specify “Membership Application” on the envelope.

(i)   Signed acknowledging email (Part IV);
(ii)  A copy of Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card;
(iii) A copy of relevant certificates;  and
(iv) a crossed cheque for membership fee at the amount of HK$200 made payable to “Hong Kong Schools Music and Speech Association”

(1) 請填妥及提交本電子表格，成功提交後，一個系統電郵會發送到本表格首部份所填寫的電郵地址，系統電郵為所提交表格之副本，並
(2) 請列印系統電郵，及於2022年8月31日或之前連同以下文件親身遞交或郵寄往九龍何文田迦密村街七號三樓，信封面請註明「會籍申請」。

(i) 簽妥「第四部份」的系統電郵；
(ii) 香港永久居民身份證副本；
(iii) 有關資歷證明副本；及
(iv) 入會費港幣$200的劃線支票，支票抬頭為「香港學校音樂及朗誦協會」

Endorsement Procedures 審批程序

The temporary membership has to be re-applied every year. The application is open from June to August. Applications from applicants who were not Temporary Member of the year 2021-2022 will be vetted by the Association’s Music Sub-committee and will be submitted to the Executive Committee for endorsement. The process will normally take four to six weeks and the result will be informed in writing. The vetting process of applications from current Temporary Members will be waived. To avoid any delay, please make sure all the required documents are included in the submission. All the documents of successful applications will be retained for one year and those of the unsuccessful applicants will be returned.

臨時會員會籍需每年重新申請，申請期為6月至8月。如2021-2022年度為非會員，其申請將由本會的音樂委員會作初步審批，再由執行委員會確認，所需時間約為四至六星期，本會將以書面形式通知會籍申請結果。為免有任何延誤，遞交會籍申請時請確保所需資料齊備。2021-2022年度之會員將獲豁免審批。逾期之申請將不獲處理。成功申請人所遞交之所有文件將保存一年，如申請不獲批核，申請人之文件則全部退回。

Applicants with temporary membership approved for 2021-2022 are not required to attach the relevant photocopies of Hong Kong ID card and proof of qualification at this stage. However, the Association may approach them for such documents at a later date if necessary. Please specify the 2021-2022 Membership No. in the application form and retain the existing membership card. If the membership application is approved, members will continue to use the existing membership card.

2021-2022年度之臨時會員，可暫時豁免遞交有關之身份證及資歷證明影印本。如有需要，本會將聯絡申請人後補有關文件。請於申請表格內填寫2021-2022年度會員編號。同時請保留現有之會員證，若會籍申請獲批核，會員將繼續使用原有之會員證。

Temporary Members’ Obligations, Conduct and Rights
音樂導師臨時會員責任、操守及權利

Obligations 責任

1. Members should read in detail all the information in print or uploaded to the Association’s website concerning the Association and the Music Festival; and take the responsibility to notify their students of the relevant information. 會員必須詳細閱讀印刷版或上載於本會網站內關於本會及音樂節的資訊，並有責任將有關消息發放至其參賽學生。

2. Members should ensure that all the information provided including personal information, students’ information, etc. should be valid and such information provided should comply with the rules and regulations of the Music Festival and other requirements of respective classes. 會員必須確保所遞交的資料，包括個人及其參賽學生的資料等，均為屬實及符合「比賽章程」及各項規則之要求。

3. Members should distribute the documents and awards related to the competition to their students.
會員必須把與比賽相關之文件及獎項派發予其參賽學生。

4. Members should assist their students in providing additional documentary proof in regard to the entry requirements when required.　如本會要求參賽學生出示參賽資格之證明，會員有責任協助該等學生提供有關文件。

5. Members should ensure that their students have obtained the correct music score and other required documents before competition. 　會員必須確保其參賽學生於比賽前已備有準確的比賽樂譜及其他所須文件。

6. Members should help to bring forward the enquiries, suggestions or complaints on behalf of their students / parents to the Association, and should convey the official replies to them.　會員有責任替其參賽學生／家長向本會轉達他們的查詢、意見或投訴，並將本會有關回覆轉告當事人。


Conduct操守

1. Members should support the mission and format of competitions set by the Association.　會員應支持本會之理念及比賽模式。

2. Members must not promote their business activities in the name of the Association.會員不得以本會名義推廣其商業活動。


Rights權利

1. Members are only entitled to enrol their students for solo and duo classes in the “Hong Kong Schools Music Festival”.　會員只可替其學生報名參加「香港學校音樂節」之個人項目及二人項目。

2. Members can access the Member’s Area of the Association’s website to get the information about the Association and the Music Festival.　會員可登入本會網站之會員區查閱有關本會及音樂節的資訊。

3. Members are entitled to obtain one free copy of the latest Music Festival Syllabus.　會員可免費索取最新一屆音樂節比賽目錄一本。

4. Members are entitled to preview the competition materials of the latest Music Festival at the Association office.　會員可親臨本會預覽最新一屆音樂節的比賽樂譜。

5. Members can enrol in the activities organised by the Association e.g. workshop, seminar and training etc.
會員可參加由本會舉辦的工作坊、研討會及訓練班等活動。
