Please choose from the following options to select your elective class(es) for next year.  You will need to select 7 options in order of preference (1-Most wanted, 2-Next most wanted, 3-3rd most wanted, 4-4th most wanted, and 5-5th most wanted, etc...  If you choose a "Year" course, this will be your class for the entire year.  Semester courses will be 1/2 year each.  Please note that a reasonable effort will be given to schedule your first choice, but due to scheduling/staff concerns, we may not be able to accommodate everyone.  ** IMPORTANT**  Make sure you have discussed your selections with your parent/guardian prior to submitting this form.  Failure to do so may result in your form being invalidated and administrative placement into an elective class.  DEADLINE-May 3.
