Thank you for your interest in becoming a host company with our HKIS Internship Program. Please complete the following application form and provide as many details as possible regarding your internship opportunity so we can understand the scope, the necessary skills needed as well as the duration and compensation structure. Once we receive your application, we will contact you to confirm your participation in our internship program.

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM DETAILS:

Our internship program is open to current HKIS rising junior and senior high school students as well as our university aged alumni. We accept applications from companies based in Hong Kong and abroad that provide meaningful and mutually beneficial opportunities for the host company and our students/alumni. The internship details you provide will be shared with the applicants in order to best match candidates with available opportunities. 

We will share the CVs of candidates for consideration with our host partners and ask that sponsoring companies contact applicants directly to facilitate the interview and hiring process. The role of the HKIS Alumni Office is introductory in nature and any legal and binding contracts will be arranged between the host company and the intern directly. HKIS is not responsible for the hiring nor overseeing of the intern during their internship.  We ask that once you have confirmed your intern(s) that you inform us of the name of the intern and in what capacity you have agreed to hire them so we can remove them as active candidates. Also, please provide feedback regarding your experience as a host partner and with the interns you hire.
